I wanted to take this time to tell you about the wonderful service I received at your Alta Nissan Richmond Hill location.

I had been in an accident and was very overwhelmed with everything involved, not to mention the stress an accident can cause.

From the moment I walked in the door and met with Carlo Stea I knew I was in the right place, and had made the right decision coming to your location! Just meeting Carlo and speaking with him, he magically managed to make all my stress melt away. He was caring, courteous, and SO very helpful. He immediately had me looked after with a rental vehicle so that I could carry on with my day. I know that I, and my vehicle were in good hands.

My vehicle was ready earlier than I had anticipated and again I was surprised that not only had it been washed but vacuumed as well!

I wanted to take the time to say that I recently took my Mitsubishi Eclipse 2003 GT to Maple Mitsubishi in Vaughan beside Canada's Wonderland and I was extremely happy with the facility, the work and the friendliness.

Previously, for years I've taken my Eclipse to another dealership which was outdated, had less experienced servicemen and less friendly staff. 

Even though Maple Mitsubishi is an additional 10 minute drive, it will now be my new Eclipse's home for any maintenance and repairs hopefully for a long time.
