"BMW Kingston took extraordinary care of me, our daughter and puppy last week, when we pulled up to the dealership at closing time in a tow truck. Prior to our arrival, we had contacted them and received excellent advice from a service advisor, Jennifer; this was followed up by a call back from Ashley, to see if we were fine and 'on our way'.

As we pulled in, we were met by three staff members. They graciously allowed my daughter to bring our puppy inside and made sure she was comfortable while I signed the necessary forms with Justin, their sales manager (the service department was closed by then as it was mid-evening). All of them stayed well past closing time to ensure our needs were met and one of the sales consultants, Dustin, even offered to drive us to the local Avis! He stayed with us until we were safely in the rental car, which was very reassuring as we weren't familiar with the area. That night the staff at BMW Kingston demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and dedication - their care and attention were most reassuring.
 
Over the next few days, BMW Kingston seamlessly coordinated the replacement of our front tires, and handled the interactions with the insurance company, as we had a tire insurance policy. We received daily, and sometimes twice daily, updates from Kory, their operations manager. When my husband and I picked up our car, we were met by several staff members and Scott, the general manager of the dealership. We were delighted that, not only had the tires been replaced, but the car had been freshly detailed.
