Supporting the Next Generation of Automotive Professionals

In March 2026, Zanchin Automotive Group established The "Car-Man" Charisma Automotive Award in Honour of Carmen Scaglione through Georgian College's Automotive Business School of Canada.

The annual scholarship honours Carmen Scaglione following 38 years of service with Zanchin Automotive Group. Known affectionately as "Car-Man," Carmen built his career around automotive sales, customer service, strong relationships and a genuine commitment to helping customers and his community.

Each year, the award will support two full-time students enrolled in any year of a degree or diploma program at the Automotive Business School of Canada. Recipients must demonstrate financial need while reflecting the can-do attitude, charismatic presence and commitment to automotive sales excellence that defined Carmen's career.

Zanchin Automotive Group has committed to funding the scholarship for a minimum of five years. Through this long-term investment in automotive education, the group is helping students prepare for careers across Canada's automotive industry while celebrating the lasting contribution of a valued employee.
