Here is what we are doing to keep you safe 


We are here to serve you during this time and are sensitive to the concerns and questions you may have regarding Covid-19 and what we are doing in order to keep the community our customers and employees safe.


 

Please expect the following at our dealerships:


  •  All dealerships are equipped with physical distancing floor decals and floor lines to ensure a minimum of 6 feet is respected between employees and visitors throughout the showroom and service areas.
  • Our dealership surfaces are wiped down and disinfected throughout the day.
  • Our showroom is open, however we prefer to work by appointment only at this time to ensure parties are spaced out throughout the day to respect social distancing.
  • Our team members are equipped with gloves and masks and we ask that when visiting our dealership all guests wear personal protective equipment as well, including gloves and masks.



Service Process During COVID-19 And Until Further Notice

 

In order to protect our clients and our employees from the risk and spread of the COVID-19 virus, our service departments are working by appointment. All technicians and service team members are equipped with gloves and masks. A contactless service experience has been adopted at all Zanchin service centres including the following:

  • New Covid 19 drop off procedures in service drive thru where available.
  • High level sanitization process upon vehicle drop off - door jams, shift, sterling wheel covers, knobs, key and remote are blasted with a fogger sanitization solution or wiped down with a Canadian Certified HOSPITAL grade disinfectant product that eliminates 99.9 % of all bacteria.*
  • Remote pay is being adopted where possible to eliminate guests re-entering the dealership.
  • Remote pick up in drive thru where available.
  • All Vehicles are re-sanitized upon pick up* using the same method as above.
  • All shuttle service is currently not in function until further notice.
  • Guest lounge is limited to ensure proper social distancing practices are in place.
  • Lounges are wiped down on a rotation schedule as well as all bathrooms.
